D20 High-Fidelity DAC — AIYIMA 10th Anniversary Series Finale

Two DACs to choose from - you guys really know how to surprise! The D20, much like the A80, DM100, T20, and A20, looks fantastic and has a truly memorable aesthetic. AIYIMA, please keep developing your devices with this recognizable, sleek, and stylish signature design. As for the connectivity options, this new model covers all my needs. My only question is: would it be possible to implement a parametric EQ in this device?

I have been looking att the picture for awhile now. I already have A20 + T20 and really looking forward to have one on my desk.

Me I don’t Have any Experience on a Separate DAC, Because all the device I am using are all with integrated with a DAC, and the 2 Aiyima T1 pro & 2 Aiyima Max 07 is doing well with the Sound it delivers and with the help of digital equalizer that change the mood in a touch screen. Someday I will have to have a DAC separately to feel the experience.
But for now I enjoy Crisp, Clarity and Sound stage even the Room is not Treated well.
For 2 straight years of Playing with frequency and upgrading my Speakers through my DIY testing can make you understand what is sound really is, without breaking your wallet. I don’t know what is Audiophile until I made mine. Cheap audio now a days are as good as the High end out there..
But such one as Aiyima has done a very Good Job with 4 Devices that I Have.

As a student who loves Hi-Fi audio, brands like AIYIMA are the reason many of us can actually enter the audiophile hobby without spending thousands. I’m currently using the AIYIMA DAC-A7, and it has honestly been one of the best value pieces of audio gear I’ve owned. What I appreciate most is how AIYIMA keeps pushing serious audio features while keeping prices accessible for people like students and young enthusiasts. Seeing the new D20 with dual DAC chips, balanced XLR outputs, XMOS USB, and LDAC Bluetooth is really exciting. These are features that used to only appear in much more expensive DACs. The idea of having two DAC sound signatures in one device is also very interesting. It would be fascinating to compare how the ESS and AKM presentations differ in real listening. I also like the addition of HDMI ARC and the visualization display, it makes the DAC easier to integrate into both desktop and living room setups. As a student building my Hi-Fi system step by step, products like the D20 make high quality audio feel achievable. I would highly appreciate and value this D20 giveaway. The D20 can be a great kickstart for a living room for myself and my family to enjoy. Thank you Aiyima for continuing to make great audio gear accessible to more people. Will users be able to switch between the ESS and AKM DAC modes easily from the front display or remote?1773672207394.jpeg
This is my A-7 in my desk setup. I use it with my Philips open back headphones. One word, it sounds very musical. Music through Tidal, it sounds very detailed, vocals are so rich and heavy, bass in right spot, it's just amazing for the price.

I agree 100% with the active spectrum EQ. Have it adjustable on every channel / Frequency

I think a Is2 input is essential nowadays but 2 pairs of rca output and 2 optical input is not needed. Analogue volume control would be a nice feature

How would you feel about an active spectrum analyzer (EQ) that can adjust every channel / Frequency independently?

Beautifull design of while stack. I like that only D3 has screen, that way whole stack makes great balance between modern and traditional look. I have douk ampapapa d1, q1 and a1 stack, and its quite good. However, A1 is not balanced, no triger. Also q1 doesn’t have trigger in so I cannot automate with my streamer. Also I like aiyima design better. I would like to ask if it is possible to change dac chips on the fly similarly to Q1?

Agreed 100 % with the parametric EQ !! An active adjustable EQ to be able to adjust each individual channel / frequency

Super hyped for the D20 - looks like the perfect balanced DAC to pair with my A20 amp. Any chance it includes Bluetooth with LDAC/aptX HD support? Eager to hear more details?

I am a huge fan of my t20 preamp and think the design, build and simplicity of this range is unreal. Could you please tell what would be the best connection to achieve the best sound quality from digital streamers? Thank you so much

Will remote allow contol on T20 and/or A20?I am using turntable, that I would input to T20, so it would be cool If I could do source switching (both digital and analog) from single remote.

Super excited for the D20!
Can't wait to pair it up with my A20 and T20 for desktop use.
Can I use the T20 remote with it? Looking forward to some short clips of it in action.

The menu system looks really cool. AKM and ESS in one unit is great, can’t wait to try.
