D20 High-Fidelity DAC — AIYIMA 10th Anniversary Series Finale

I really like the design and the functionality of D20. Since I have both A&T20, I'd especially like D20 to perform best with other 10th anniversary products.

I like the design of the 10th anniversary series. I hope for the sticker on new Aiyma D20 to complete the stack. I like the feature of PEQ. The more complex it will be the better. Good application for controlling and updates via application would be perfect. I'm waiting for a realese. Good luck Aiyma 👍 Thanks for affordable hifi products.

There is one thing that I would love to see, a parametric EQ. Nothing that doesn't have one of these like my ADI-2 DAC will make me ever consider even looking at a replacement for it.

As an Aiyima X20 Series user, I'm thrilled to have this addition to the series. This DAC was the only thing missing for me to replace my current one in the A20+T20 system, which I'm proud of. It replaced my M2Si amplifier without regret. Keep it up, and you'll have many followers.

The DAC looks fabulous. But why two RCA inputs and only one of XLR? I hope the switch between the two DAC chips can be done with the XLR active, and not just with the RCA.

Hi, finally it's finished. I hope the D20 will be release soon now. I am very interested in which DAC chips they are using, obviously delta sigma chips but which ones? Does any one know for sure which company and model number?

I have owned the T20 and A20 for awhile now. They are good products for the price. I've been waiting patiently for the D20. Do we know anything about the price?

💬 Discussion & Interaction

We’d love to hear your thoughts and expectations:
  • What are your expectations for the design and features of the D20?
  • Which visualization themes or smart features would you like to see?

Your feedback is very important to us — maybe your idea will be included in the next firmware update!
I would like to see virtual VU metered as a visualization.

Maybe some meters showing ISP would be cool, for musicians using this DAC as master DAC for example some even overdrive dacs on purpose, never tried that myself so far

I’ve been closely following the 10th Anniversary series, and the D20 is the piece I've been waiting for to complete my stack! Seeing it alongside the A20 Balanced Amplifier and T20 Preamp shows just how far AIYIMA has come in creating a cohesive, high-performance ecosystem.

As an audiophile, I really appreciate that this stack isn't just about matching aesthetics, but about a fully balanced signal path from the XMOS XU316 stage through to the dual-chip decoding and into the balanced amplification of the A20. For my desktop listening—especially with high-res instrumental tracks—this level of separation and noise rejection is essential.

My question for the team: Since this is designed as a stack, does the D20 feature a 12V Trigger Out to allow for synchronized power-on with the A20? Also, will AIYIMA be offering a dedicated aluminum rack or stand specifically sized for the D20/A20/T20 trio to help with heat dissipation and desk organization? Can't wait to see this setup in person! #AIYIMA #D20 #A20 #HiFiStack #BalancedAudio

The inclusion of the XMOS XU316 is a major win for the D20. As an audiophile, I know that a rock-solid asynchronous USB interface is the heartbeat of any high-end digital chain.
My question for the AIYIMA team: Since the D20 features such a robust XMOS stage, will it support native DSD512 and PCM 768kHz playback? Also, can we expect a dedicated ASIO driver to truly maximize that XU316 performance on Windows? This looks like a spectacular finale to the 10th Anniversary series! #AIYIMA #D20 #XMOS #Audiophile #HiFi"

How would you feel about an active spectrum analyzer (EQ) that can adjust every channel / Frequency independently?
That would be nice for many users to fine tune the sound. In my case I'm using open-back headphones, which naturally has less bass. So adjusting frequency would be nice, but it has to be engineered right to not alter the rest of the frequency range...

Looks awesome. Anxiously waiting for the release.

What is the intended use case for the dual rca output? Are they separate channels?
