T8 Preamp - USB sticks are bad

I just received two T8 preamps today and the USB sticks in both of them were bad. Every time I copy a file from one, the file is different.

The support site says no driver is needed, but the USB stick says it is for "DAC-A5PRO,T8,T9PRO,T10, driver"

Also the powerpoint manual is not readable.

Currently, none of our products include a USB flash drive. If your operating system is Windows 10 or higher, you do not need these drivers.
