D20 High-Fidelity DAC — AIYIMA 10th Anniversary Series Finale

Really interesting to see Aiyima moving toward a full matching stack with the 10th anniversary. The idea of having a DAC, preamp, and power amp that are designed to work together (including triggers and consistent design) is definitely appealing.

That said, I’m curious about a few things before getting too excited:

  • What are tbe USB implementation are being used.
  • Any estimated release date and pricing yet.

If the performance matches the concept, this could be a very solid option for people wanting a clean, unified setup without mixing brands. Looking forward to more details!

If the implementation is done right (power supply, clocking, USB stage), this could actually be a very solid all-in-one ecosystem.
That said, the big question for me is still: 👉 Do we have any real measurements yet (SINAD, jitter, etc.) or independent testing?
Because on paper this looks promising — but with DACs, implementation matters just as much as the chip itself.
If it measures well, this could genuinely compete with the usual Topping/SMSL options while offering a cleaner integrated stack experience.

Our USB audio chip utilizes the XMOS XU316, supporting switchable UAC 1.0/2.0 modes, and is paired with three high-quality crystal oscillators to ensure stable signal transmission. We are currently in the final stages of debugging; the measured parameters will be released shortly.
