Hello, would it be possible for you to upload a video so I can take a look at the specific condition of the product?

I will try and upload a video later but for now , The A07 Max is coming on the blue light is also on , how ever there is no output , I have tested both input and speakers both are working perfect but still there is no out put, I also checked the mono/stereo switch it is set in the right side. I am at a loss what to test next ,kindly advice.

The A07Max is less than 3 months old , died without warning I was just about to buy a second unit ,Do I need to change the opp amp so i can get sound back . wondering
