I just received two T8 preamps today and the USB sticks in both of them were bad. Every time I copy a file from one, the file is different. The support site says no driver is needed, but the USB stick says it is for "DAC-A5PRO,T8,T9PRO,T10, driver" Also the powerpoint manual is not readable.
